We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx and various freight carriers. Expedited shipping options are also available.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Item displaying "*This Item is Eligible for Free Ground Shipping" will receive free ground shipping on orders totaling $100 or more.
Items displaying "FREE GROUND SHIPPING" will receive free ground shipping regardless of the order total.
Projectors, Document Cameras, Home Theater Receivers and other similar items will receive FREE SHIPPING when the price of the item exceeds $799.
Eligible items must meet the UPS standard shipping qualifications.
- not exceeding 100lbs in weight
- not exceeding a shipping length of 108in, height or width of 36 in.
- Shipping destination must be located within the Continental United States
- Locations outside the continental US will have a shipping charge quoted to them

LARGE ITEM SHIPPING POLICY
- Screens: for all screens under 108" in length
- 0-75lbs = $55.00
- 76-99lbs = $65.00
- 100+ lbs = $85.00
- All screens over 108" packaged length will have shipping quoted
- Plasma and LCD Display
- Under 40" will follow the standard shipping calculator
- Over 40" shipping will be quoted to you
- Smart Board, Digital Copyboard and Whiteboard.
- All shipping will be quoted.
- Carts and Lecterns
- Under 99lbs will follow the standard shipping calculator
- Over 100lbs shipping will be quoted to you
UPS/FedEx Shipped Items A signature is required upon delivery. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from the carrier hub. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it. If you have a UPS or FedEx account you can enter your account number in the comments box during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping fees by Projector SuperStore. Account numbers will be verified with the carrier. (U.S. ONLY) Truck/Air Freight Overweight and/or oversized items (example TVs or screens) can only be shipped by common carrier. Many of these items require a shipping quote. You will have to approve the shipping quote prior to us processing your order. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and 10-14 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico once your item has shipped. US Customers We ship to Residential addresses, Business addresses, APO addresses and US territories and possessions.
We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, PO Box, FedEx or UPS locations. International Customers We ship to Residential addresses, Any US addresses, Business addresses. We do not ship to hotels, motels, or resorts.
We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from projectorsuperstore.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
